Problems with Registration Emails
·I did not receive a license-file email attachment (or only received a help document)  
·I can see the attachment but cannot open it (it appears greyed out in the email)  

Problems with Registry License Files
·When I try to open the license file I get the error 'Error opening the file'  
·When I try to open the file I get a 'permission denied' or similar error  

Problems manually installing a license by typing it in:
·I am installing a new license but it does not work  
·I am Installing an existing license on a new machine, but it does not work
