Problem:
If you have been using a product on one machine and are now attempting to transfer it to a new machine you may find your license does not work on the new PC.
This is because some licenses are tied to a particular machine & must be reissued before they will work on a second computer. This is a security measure to restrict unlicensed proliferation of the software.
Solution:
Contact the software-vendor who provided you with the original license (please note this may be Mangolab directly, or one of Mangolab's customers). The software provider may be able to issue a new license for the new PC but this will depend on the scope of your original license.
