Wherever possible Mangolab tries to offer free email and telephone technical support for all of its bespoke products. This help can not be unlimited and so, under certain (especially repetitive conditions!), we may levy a small charge simply to cover any large amounts of time spent dealing with queries. However, please rest assured that Mangolab will never retrospectively bill you for any time spent dealing with a query if you have not been expressly informed that a charge will be levied.
