Typing in your license details
The license installation screen asks you for:

Your Username/Email address:

Please carefully check this value matches the Username that you have been assigned. If it is different, please correct it (although it is grayed out, you can still edit it to match your Username).

Next, please enter your 24 character license code in the boxes provided. Each of the 6 boxes should contain 4 characters each.

Submitting your license
When you have entered your license code, please click the submit button.

Hints:
You do not need to use the shift key (all characters will appear in upper case) or use the mouse to move to each box, you can just type away! License codes are 24 characters long and can contain numbers and the letters A to F (so a '0' is always a zero and never the letter 'O').

Please note: Alternatively, If you purchased online or were sent an email with your license details, you can install your license hassle-free by double-clicking the License Registry file attached to the email and clicking the 'Refresh' button. If you have problems opening the attachment, click here.

Please note: If your license code is not accepted, please check that you have updated your username (this may have changed from the trial license value), and then re-check your registration code. 99% of the calls we receive regarding registration problems are attributable to user error, so please do not contact your supplier until you are absolutely sure that you have entered the details correctly.
