Error:
If when opening the license registry file you receive the error message:
"Cannot import ...Error opening the file. There may be a disk or system error"
Solution:
Instead of choosing to open the registry license file save the Registry file to your desktop and then open it.
You will find a new icon on your desktop that you can double-click.
Alternatively, you can install the license manually:

Reason: Win 95 requires MSDos safe paths
