To report a bug in this product to Mangolab:
In the ALP control panel, please go to the Help menu, select Report a bug
Please give all the details of the bug on the online form that will open.
Reporting the bug this way automatically supplies some of the details we need; to save you typing and make the report more accurate for us.
How to report a bug effectively:
If you have discovered a bug in a Mangolab product please report the bug immediately. Bug reporting may sound easy but in fact it is an acquired skill - a bug can not be fixed unless the bug, and the circumstances surrounding the occurrence of the bug are reported in detail. Here is the correct procedure if you discover a bug in any software:
| · | Please stop what you are doing immediately

| · | Please note down the circumstances in which the bug occurred:

| * Which screen/control, if any, you had changed or was active
|
| * What data, if any, you entered
|
| * Which error message, if any, you received
|
| · | Please see if you can recreate the bug through a precise set of steps - unless you can actually do this, it is very unlikely that we will be able to recreate the exact circumstances to trigger the bug ourselves, and if we can't find the bug we can't fix it.

| · | Please report the bug (as explained in Quick reference above)

Reporting bugs can be a tiresome process but without your help we simply can't fix the bugs that bother you. So, if you can take the time to do this, thank you very much!
