| · | What to do if you have been sent your License Registry file as an email attachment but you cannot open it because it is 'greyed out'

| · | If you have the License Installation Screen open when you install from a License Registry file, you will need to click the Refresh button and then Submit the license.

| · | If you are receiving a disk or system error, try saving the file to the c:\temp directory and then opening it.
|
| · | If you are using NT/2000/XP then you must have Windows Administrator rights to install a license.
