Problems opening an Email attachment
If the License Registry file was sent by email and you cannot open the attachment click here.

Problems installing from a License Registry File
·What to do if you have been sent your License Registry file as an email attachment but you cannot open it because it is 'greyed out'  
·If you have the License Installation Screen open when you install from a License Registry file, you will need to click the Refresh button and then Submit the license.  
·If you are receiving a disk or system error, try saving the file to the c:\temp directory and then opening it.  
·If you are using NT/2000/XP then you must have Windows Administrator rights to install a license.  

Problems installing manually
If your registration is not accepted, please check that you have updated your username (this may have changed from the trial license value), and then re-check your registration code. 99% of the calls we receive regarding registration problems are attributable to user error, so please do not contact your supplier until you are
absolutely sure that you have entered the details exactly as they have been given.
