Please note:
You must be logged in as administrator for this facility

To add a new ALP user (student or administrator), follow the 3 steps shown in the diagram above.
Please note that the 'Add new user' button will not become available until the first name and surname fields have been changed.

When the values in the 'First name' or 'Surname' fields have been changed, you will be given the choice of amending the selected users details with the 'Update' button or adding the new user with the 'Add new user' button. The newly created user will have the same settings as the user you based their account on, except for their username and their password (this will be automatically generated to save you having to think up a new one!). New user's have access to the first section only by default.

If you wish to discard your changes before pressing one of these two buttons, you can click the 'Undo' button.
